The goal within the Quality Control Process is to present clear, detailed directions and guidelines to the field teams and give our field employees the ability to install the work correct the first time.
Together, with the engineering and design team, we ensure that everyone’s expectations are communicated each step of the way. Efforts to promote quality begin early in the project’s life and long before the physical elements appear. From project planning, to choosing the various subcontractors and suppliers who are best suited for a particular project, to installing the work – our teams work together to meet or exceed expectations for Quality on our jobsites. During pre-construction we take an active role in ensuring a quality product beginning with constructability reviews. Here we provide feedback of possible issues and alternate substitutions, if necessary, to enhance the value of the project to the Client. We focus on constructability issues, phasing, life cycle analysis, and safety, to assure that the Client receives the “best value” within the final product. During construction our staff prides itself on being “builders” and not simply “facilitators”. Our team understands what quality workmanship means and treats every task within the project with equal importance. Our Quality Control Program is managed by our project teams and communicated to each Subcontractor and Vendor. This process is achieved by:
- Field Training and Education
- Preconstruction and Pre‐Install Meetings
- Daily Inspections
- Follow‐up Inspections and Deficiency Correction Plan
- Testing of Materials and Installations
- Monitoring Outstanding Work Lists and Schedules.
- Kick Finish Meetings
